We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our English-speaking users, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting them with bookings and platform navigation. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for students, freelancers, or professionals seeking additional work experience in a customer-facing digital environment.


Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring they receive timely and professional assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset to guide customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance & Support

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support via email, live chat, and phone.

• Assist users with account setup, bookings, payments, and troubleshooting common issues.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution experience.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Product & Platform Guidance

• Help users navigate the Valmista platform, ensuring they understand its features and services.

• Educate service providers on how to optimize their profiles and attract more clients.

Process & Feedback Improvement

• Gather and report user feedback, identifying areas where we can improve.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.


What We’re Looking For

Communication & Language Skills

• Fluent English speaker (excellent written and verbal communication).

• Ability to explain technical processes in a clear and simple manner.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

• Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or online service platforms is a plus but not required.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Technical & Digital Skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools, live chat software, and helpdesk platforms is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of online platforms, e-commerce, or digital services.

Work Availability & Flexibility

• Able to work approximately 25 hours per week, with some flexibility.

• Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
