The Valmista-platform is for connecting Service providers and Customers. The work, Contracts agreed are between Servies providers and Customers. Payments for the Contracts are to be transferred from Customer to Service provider after the work has been delivered. Then Platform fee is charged from Service provider. For clarity, Valmista or Totemi Investment Oy are not parties for the Contract.

The payment process for the Contract is to be managed with Stripe. Stripe acts as payment service provider and is authorized payment Institution. Stripe will deliver payment receipts and will be shown in the invoice statement. Stripe will forward the payment to merchant (Service Provider). For any complaints, please contact info@valmista.com.
