Consequences: Violating these guidelines may result in the removal of your Valmista account.

- Respectful Communication: Maintain professionalism and stay on topic in conversations.
- No Harmful Language: Avoid violent, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or insulting language. Everyone should feel safe and comfortable here.
Showcase Your Best Work
- Original Work Only: Share only the projects you’ve personally completed. Avoid using others’ work or anything that’s copyrighted.
Collaborate Effectively
- Stay in Touch: Keep communicating with users you’re working with on Valmista. Frequent disputes can lead to removal from the platform.
Post Appropriate Content
- Work-Safe Material: Ensure all posts are suitable for a workplace setting. No explicit, graphic, or offensive content.
Offer Fair Opportunities
- Fair Compensation: Ensure all work opportunities offer proper payment. Unpaid or commission-only jobs are not allowed.
Handle Your Legal and Tax Responsibilities
- Independent Obligations: As a service provider on Valmista, you are responsible for handling your own taxes and complying with all legal requirements relevant to your services, even if payments are processed through Stripe.
Environmental Responsibility
- Eco-Friendly Practices: Adopt sustainable practices and minimize ecological footprints, especially for physical events or products.
What is NOT Allowed on Valmista
- Illegal Activities: Anything against the law.
- Spam or Trolling: Avoid irrelevant or provocative content.
- Inappropriate Content: No obscene or explicit material.
- Discrimination: No discriminatory language or content.
- Fraud: Deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.
- Personal Services: No relationship or sexual services.
- Bullying or Hate Speech: No threatening, hateful, or harmful behavior.
- Violence: Absolutely no violent content.
- Political or Subversive Activities: These services are not permitted here.
- Stay Neutral: Avoid religious discussions.
- Avoid Judging Lifestyles: Do not judge or critique personal lifestyle choices.
- Other Inappropriate Content: Valmista reserves the right to decide what’s not suitable.
